• Always Use 1 1/2'' Inch Pipe 0 the flush valves and 3/4'' Inch Pipe for Water supply to faucets.
• Keep Minimum Number of bends in the pipelines and make it travel. Straight & Vertical as fas as possible. More than required number of bends throttle the pressure of water.
• All supply lines must have vent Pipes to prevent air locking in water supply, to give a smooth flow of water from fittings.
• Test the working of concealed installed on a high pressure for leakage before plastering or fixing the tiles.
• Clean the tank thoroughly before the supply starts. It is suggested that the overhead tank must be cleaned at regular interval to avoid deposition of solid particles.
• Always ensure that the outlet Pipe in overhead tank is at least 6 Inch above the ground level of the tank. To avoid flow of waste and other solid paricles into the Pipe Line.
• Clean the fittings regularly with normal soap or chalk powder to remove stains/scaling. Do not use strong detergent as this may cause damage to the chromium finish provided in all sun products.
• Do not use harsh cleaning agents containing abrasives and acids. Instead use a soft sponge or wet cloth with soapy water/diluted vinegar to protect the color cotted finish.
• To protect the fine finish of fittings from dirt stains and other damages cover them with cloth/polypack after their installation till they come actual use.
• It is suggested that center to center distance for hot & cold inlet for all types of wall mounted mixtures should be maintained at 165 MM in which case any four wall mixers from different ranges can be easily installed without any problem.
• Please sun product from company's authorised dealers only to ensure genuine quality material.
• Insist on geniune spares from company's authorised dealers in case of any repair or replacement.
• Look for sun seal on all sun products.
